Itsy Bitsy Zoo

If you could shrink any animal down to a fraction of its size to keep as a pet, what animal would it be and what would you rename it?

Oh, this is easy. My older sister and college buddy have been talking about polar bear shoe box terrariums for years now. Right now, cats are the most vicious beasts (pound for pound) in the house. Imagine if you had a cuddly, white, deadly polar bear. Awesome.

And how cool would it be to have your own little Meerkat Manor on your wall like an ant farm. FUN!!

Also, I want two real-size red pandas and a sugar glider to set up camp near my house.

how about a mini-badger named Beastie? You could never survive owning a full-size badger (unless you sacrificed your arm on a regular basis), but with a mini-one, he'd probably just chew on your toe every now and then.

I also want a mini-polar bear. Or just a big cat like a lion or tiger shrunk down. Only if it would be fiercely devoted to me, though.

Could I have a tiny Snuffaluffagus? I always loved Snuffy but he wouldn't fit in my apartment. Or can I shrink already-small animals? Like my cats? Then they'd be kittens forever!

Honey, I'd shrink the sperm whale and have it swim around in the bath tub. I'd find an albino one (or paint my regular color one) and we'd do reenactments of my favorite book with Lego men. One of the little Lego men would have a little Lego wooden leg and he'd probably get eaten near the end.

Cheetahs are awesome, spotted, and fast. Plus, having one around would keep out any and all rodents. I'd like one roughly the size of a small lab. It would be called a Cheetita.
